Home Inspection Right Away (Peter Libicz) is proud to be a member in good standing with OAHI (Ontario Association of Home Inspectors). OAHI members are required to maintain high professional standards as well as remain ethical in all dealings. Much training, mentoring and education is required up front and annually, on ongoing basis. As OAHI members advance in experience and education, they can achieve the highest possible RHI designation (REGISTERED HOME INSPECTOR).

Peter (owner) has successfully gone through all levels of OAHI membership (Student, Applicant, Candidate, Associate) and is a Registered Home Inspector. As RHI, he continuously fulfills all annual training and education requirements set by OAHI.

In addition, we do everything reasonable through industry specific and safety compliance training to ensure our Clients are not putting themselves at risk of liability should an accident or incident occur while performing home inspection services. Proudly, we ensure to keep compliant with safety training as required by OAHI.

Proper insurance is also maintained. This not only helps keep us safe while performing our professional work, it also reduces risk to Clients when we are on the property. Although we respect all parties involved in a real estate transaction, including realtors, we admit, we are not there to please anyone or to promote the transaction. We are in the business of professional property inspections and proper reporting of findings.
